About the event

Join Winter Strong and Karin Olsen for Immune Support Herbal Make and Take!

Fall brings sniffles and coughs as we all return in from the outdoors.  Our immune systems could use some extra support from the plant world.  Join us as we make some immune support remedies together! In this make  and take class you will learn about medicinal herbs and we will create  some healing medicines. This class is great for beginners or  for people with some experience with plants.

You will learn about a variety of herbal support for the immune system. We  will make elderberry syrup, and other herbal immune support tea  and steam formulas. Each participant will leave with a sample of the items we make  together. This is an in-person on the westside of Olympia. WA. Limited seating. Register by Oct 10th.

$75-100 scholarships available.
