Herbs for Winter
Each season brings a new set of opportunities and challenges for the body, mind and spirit. This series will cover six herbs each class. We will talk about using these plants in your every day life and as remedies for acute health concerns.
For our Winter workshop we will cover plants for warming and strengthening body systems, immune support, calming nervous system. We will cover teas, culinary uses, medicinal preparations and apothecary storage.
