Herbs for Autumn
Each season brings a new set of opportunities and challenges for the body, mind and spirit. This series will cover six herbs each class. We will talk about using these plants in your every day life and as remedies for acute health concerns.
For our Autumn workshop we will cover plants for respiratory issues, viral and bacterial infections, calming nervous system, warming and strengthening herbs. We will cover teas, culinary uses, medicinal preparations and apothecary storage.
