Connect with the Elements: Complete series

Examine how your affiliation with this element informs your understanding of yourself and expand your self-awareness by learning to build a relationship with each element, over a four month period. Connect with like-minded souls who seek to understand themselves and their relationship to these foundational elements. 

These classes will be located outside, as weather permits, with plenty of time for hands-on experiences. Through connecting with nature via meditation and observation we will quiet the busy mind and open our connection to a deeper relationship with the focused element.  Relax and restore as you deepen your relationship with nature and spirit. We will work with the physical and the esoteric characteristics of each element, using the framing of animism as our guiding connection point.

2024 Schedule (dates updated!)

April  20th FIRE We will build fires, enjoy a bonfire, work with candle magic and create a deeper connection to our inner fire.

May 18th EARTH Celebrating the Earth on Earth day seems truly appropriate! We will learn about land spirits, participate a plethora of grounding practices and understand the basics of herbal medicine.

June 8th AIR Breath-work is at the center of the air weekend. We will sing songs, connect with our breath in a more powerful ways and strengthen our spirits.

July 20th WATER Oh did I mention our location is on a lake? We will connect with the element water in a most intimate way. We will meditate with water, swim in the lake and understand how water guides us and connects us to our emotional selves.

Location is in Shelton, WA. 

Classes are from 10am-5pm. 

$150 for each class or you can purchase all four classes as a group for $550.
