Connect with the Elements Air

These classes will be located outside with plenty of time for hands-on experiences. Through connecting with nature via meditation and observation we will quiet the busy mind and open our connection to a deeper relationship with the focused element.  Relax and restore as you deepen your relationship with nature and spirit. 

We will work with the animistic characteristics of each element. This workshop is appropriate for a beginner as well as advanced seekers who are interested in deepening their relationship with each element in a container of magic,exploration and expansion.

Expand your self-awareness by learning to build a relationship with each element, over a four month period. Connect with like-minded souls who seek to understand themselves and their relationship to these foundational elements.

The workshop is from 10am to 5pm. The day will be spent at the beautiful lakeside home. A healthy lunch, snacks and tea are included.  Wear layered clothing to accommodate outdoor weather. We will meet in Shelton, WA, specific location will be revealed once registered.
