Connect with the Elements 2024- Info Session

Join Karin for a free informational session about Connecting with the Elements.We will discuss the theme of this workshop, dates and other general information! 

Examine how your affiliation with this element informs your understanding of yourself and expand your self-awareness by learning to build a relationship with each element, over a four month period. Connect with like-minded souls who seek to understand themselves and their relationship to these foundational elements.

These classes will be located outside, as weather permits, with plenty of time for hands-on experiences. Through connecting with nature via meditation and observation we will quiet the busy mind and open our connection to a deeper relationship with the focused element. Relax and restore as you deepen your relationship with nature and spirit. We will work with the physical and the esoteric characteristics of each element. Event is scheduled for March-Fire , April- Earth, May- Air and June- Water. Dates to be determined. You can attend one class or all four classes.
