MASSAGE & BODYWORK
Karin has been a bodyworker for over 25 years. She specializes in deep tissue massage
with emphasis on medical massage. Karin wants her clients to leave her treatments with
significant change. She works with the client to realign their body to a state of ease and
grace. She has taught massage skills for over 20 years and mentored many massage
therapist over the years. All of her work is trauma informed and gender inclusive.

Deep Tissue
$100/hr
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Zen Bodytherapy®/Structural Integration
$100/hr (min 1 1/2 hr session)
Zen Bodytherapy ® is a healing modality created with both principles and practices of the East and West. The therapy is a combination of movement rehabilitation, rehabilitation of the soft body, proper body structure, and energy work. Structural Integration and Zen Bodytherapy® are ten massage therapy sessions with a focused treatment that works to unhook the body from past injuries and misalignments.
